I dont know whats going on with my avatars. I do all the steps but there is always a message in Chinese, Thai or English saying: "undefined". After a few days the avatar is changed but not seen in its entirety.

I have a trouble with changing avatar as well. Ive got a message that translated as "upload failed". But what am I doing wrong? Who can I address to fix this problem?

I cant change my avatar.. Im using a mobile. I think theres problems to the section to change avatar... the website dont works properly.. I also see more than one different avatar. the one I can see here, and another when I click above in the right. I see two different avatars. I want to change both but theres always errors messages.. it feels like this issue is from a long time but all seems abandoned..

I tried to change my avatar.. always shown a message in chinese... Now, all of the sudden, Ive got 2 avatars: the old, which is a picture of a photo I was cross stitching, and the new, with a little pink heart. How can I fix it?
