Downloading problem

Hello, Im a newbie here. Could anyone help me?  I paid the 300 gold coins. How or whre can I find the downloaded pdf?

You can reload the page, and click the file again, it should start automatically downloading. It sometimes takes a while to register, but you can just wait a bit longer before reloading the page and clicking the file again.

I always have to look in my ibooks ("I downloaded"), reopen the page and press on the link again.

If its a design that needed you to Buy Attachment, after clicking Buy Attachment, click on the file  to download.  I had to click a few times before it finally downloaded - not sure what is the issue.  But before you click download again, check if points have been deducted by clicking Credit. Credit page will display all the points you spent.

I have the same issue and have to click it a couple times before it works as well. Initially, I thought it was broken, but it always eventually does work.

Sometimes it takes a bit to download! But refreshing always helps :)
