I haven't seen the Recycled and Recycled-Checked forum sections for a few days now. Are these sections going to be returned to the forum? I was comfortable working with them.
I wonder what you mean with "working" with them. Nothing in there is accessible to normal users (even me as a mod), and there is nothing of value in the bin, just wrong threads and duplicates.
What is exactly you are missing?
